Exchange, Refund, Cancellation and Warranty Policy

At Al Fajr Computers, we aim to provide fast and timely delivery of quality products with a warranty and fair pricing. For this process to be efficient, we have the following refund, exchange, and cancellation policy in place to guide you.

We highly recommend that you read the policy below carefully.

Exchanges and Returns

While we make sure that all products sent to you are without defect, however if you do receive a damaged or defective product, you are entitled to exchange, no questions asked. Just send the product back to us within 7 working days by to our address, and get an exchange or refund immediately.

To get an exchange or refund, simply notify us by calling our contact number +971507149107 or email us at  directly to notify us of the return.

While we do not ask you why you are returning a product, you’ll need to provide us with evidence of purchase such as invoice, transaction ID, and payment mode for us to process the exchange or refund. 

The product should be shipped back to us in “as sold condition” in their original box, warranty card, manuals (if any) and accessories. Any product returned with missing components above will not be considered for return or exchange.

If your product is defective or damaged, then specify the defect or damage in a separate sheet of paper. Under no circumstance should you mark or write on the product.

Your returned product will first be checked for the cause of defect or damage then replaced with the same product, no questions asked.

If the same product is not available, you will be offered an exchange, or refunded.

We only offer refund for exchanged or returned items if they are shipped back to us within 7 working days.

For returns or exchange of products, cost of shipping is solely the responsibility of the customer. For details about shipping and delivery please read our Delivery and Shipment Policy.


All refunds, whether as a result of cancellation or exchange, will only be done through the original mode of payment.

Warranty Policy

Since all of our products are refurbished/Pre-owned and used, we do not offer official brand warranty.

We offer 30 days replacement warranty which will allow you to check your product. We can also help you troubleshoot technical problems via Teamviewer or through a Call assistant. And if you do not find it to your satisfaction, get a replacement upon returning it to Al Fajr Computers within 30 days.

For an additional price, we also offer 6 months to 1 year extended warranties for replacement.

If during this time you find a product is defective, out of order, or show signs of malfunction you can contact us to claim your warranty. We will not ask you any questions and apply the warranty immediately. Warranty claim only takes effect if you notify us via phone number 043273272 or email within the stipulated period and not beyond.

We understand that people make mistakes, and for this reason we allow cancellation within 3-4 hours once an order is placed.

Cancellation takes effect Only when you notify Al Fajr Computers by calling us on this number 04 3273272 or emailing us directly to, with a reason for cancellation.

Once an order is processed, no cancellation is allowed.
